2. Interior Compartments Privacy Policy:

2.1 Confidentiality of Personal Items: At Freedom Pro Detailing, we understand that customers may store personal items, including papers with personally identifiable information, in compartments such as door panel pockets and seat back pockets. When cleaning your vehicle, we make every effort to respect the privacy and confidentiality of your belongings.

2.2 Center Console and Glove Box: Due to the private and confidential nature of the information that may be stored in the center console and glove box compartments, we do not clean or open these areas during the detailing process. This is done to ensure the privacy and security of your personal and confidential information.

2.3 Cleaning of Door Panel Pockets and Seat Back Pockets: As part of our detailing process, we will clean the door panel pockets and seat back pockets. In the event that personal items are found within these compartments, we have established the following procedure:

2.3.1 Handling Personal Items: If we find any personal items within the door panel pockets or seat back pockets, we will handle them with care and place them in a clear transparent bag.

2.3.2 Secure Placement: The bag containing the personal items will be securely placed back in the respective pocket. This ensures that all items remain in the pocket where we found them and are easily identifiable.

2.4 Handling of Personal Items: It is the responsibility of the customer to remove all or most of the personally identifiable information from the vehicle before the detailing process. However, in the event that personal items, including papers with identifiable information, are inadvertently left behind, we will handle them with the utmost care and confidentiality. We understand the sensitivity of these items and will ensure that they are securely stored during the detailing process.

3. Vehicle Drop-Off/Pick-Up Policy:

3.1 Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for the drop-off and pick-up of your vehicle at the designated location.

3.2 Waiting Accommodations: We are unable to accommodate customers waiting on-site for their vehicle to be detailed.
